I'm glad to review Tisha Morris's latest book Mind, Body and Home. A little Feng Shui can go a long way, especially when you implement this in your own home.. Tisha has said it right in her new book Mind, Body and Home -- “Our home is the space with which we are most intimately connected. Second only to our physical body, it is our shell from the rest of the world. It is a container for out thoughts and emotions."
In this book, she beautifully talks about how our home is a reflection of us and from foundation to roof it holds the power to enhance health, relationships and attract prosperity. I like her approach on making a home a supportive environment rather than a challenging space to live. I also love the fact that she is an Interior Designer.. someone who keeps up with the latest decor trends.
I really enjoyed reading this book and could relate to several topics. My favorite chapters are "Our Energy, Our Emotions, and Our Stuff" and "Your Home Speaks Your Mind!".
